Scholarships

The special Bloom Innovation Award, along with our Sports, Music/Art and Academic Scholarships, is open to students who have proven exceptional talent or ability in their chosen field.

These awards are part of our ongoing commitment to diverse representation at Bloom KKCA Academy by enabling qualified and deserving students to join our community. The Scholarships are awarded to students who have demonstrated exceptional performance or ability in their chosen field in academic or co-curricular pursuits.

We also make efforts to provide financial assistance to needy and eligible families to help support their children’s education. Students in all grades are eligible for such aid.

Interested families are strongly advised to apply early for the limited number of scholarships available.

Bloom Innovation Award

This scholarship is awarded to students who embody the Bloom values of thoughtfulness, care and compassion as demonstrated through innovative projects that bring about positive change in their community.

• Duration: 1 year
• Grade: G1 - G6
• Application Period: 1 January, 2023 - 30 June, 2023

Eligibility: Candidates must have completed at least one innovative project for change in their community. They will be required to show substantial evidence of their work and elaborate on how it has made a positive impact on the community.

The applicant’s academic performance over the past two years will also be part of the evaluation.

A scholarship test and/or personal interview may be required on a case-by-case basis.

Bloom Sports Award

The Bloom Sports Award is a scholarship for students who have demonstrated excellence in sports.

• Duration: 1 year
• Grade: G1 - G6
• Application Period: 1 January, 2023 - 30 June, 2023

Eligibility: Students who have achieved regional, national or international recognition in a major school sport are eligible to apply.

The applicant’s academic performance over the past two years may also be part of the evaluation.

A scholarship test and/or personal interview may be required on a case-by-case basis.

Continued participation in their chosen sport during their entire time at Bloom is a condition for the award.

Bloom Music / Art Award

The Bloom Music / Art Award is a scholarship for students who have achieved regional, national or international recognition in music or visual/performing arts.

• Duration: 1 year
• Grade: G1 - G6
• Application Period: 1 January, 2023 - 30 June, 2023

Eligibility: Students who have achieved regional, national or international recognition in a major field of music or art are eligible to apply.

The applicant’s academic performance over the past two years may also be part of the evaluation.

A scholarship test and/or personal interview or performance may be required on a case-by-case basis.

Continued participation in their chosen music / art co-curricular activity during their entire time at Bloom is a condition for the award.

Bloom Academic Excellence Award

The Bloom Academic Excellence Award is a scholarship for students who have demonstrated academic excellence in the past year.

• Duration: 1 year
• Grade: G1 - G6
• Application Period: 1 January, 2023 - 30 June, 2023

Eligibility: This scholarship will be awarded to meritorious candidates at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee.

Academic performance over the past two years will be part of the overall assessment.

A scholarship test and/or personal interview may be required on a case-by-case basis.
