Capital Levy
Bloom KKCA Academy (“Bloom”) is a private educational institution which receives no regular funding or grants from the Hong Kong Government. In order to meet the long-term financial commitments of Bloom, a Capital Levy program will be introduced in August 2025 (for 2025-2026 academic year onwards.)

Please note, Capital Levy will be collected from students who are enrolled on and after 2025-2026. Students who were enrolled before 2025-2026 academic year are exempted.
The annual Capital Levy charge is HKD 25,000 per student per year, unless exempted under specific conditions, such as for debenture holders. Beneficiaries of financial assistance can apply for an annual Capital Levy exemption or reduction, but the final decision is at the school's discretion.
Funds raised from the Capital Levy are expected to be used in new or systemic overhaul of:
- Infrastructure capital expenses
- Technology capital expenses
- Equipment capital expenses
- Safety and Security capital expenses

The School Management Committee of Bloom KKCA Academy is committed to report to the Bloom community on the use of Capital Levy on an annual basis (every August).
