Our Wonderful Guest Author Series

As we entered the final week of our Literacy Month, our campus was buzzing with inspiration from a series of wonderful guest author sessions. We were honored to host the renowned Ms. Shana Cheung, who shared her poignant work, Who Is the Magic King. 🌟

Her storytelling highlighted a grandmother’s resilience and the joy of self-learning, teaching our students valuable lessons in empathy.
The inspiration continued with award-winning author Ms. Rachel Ip, who presented her moving book, The Paper Piano. 🎹 Our students were captivated by this tale of perseverance, even getting a hands-on chance to try out the instruments featured in the story.

Master educator Mr. Zhou Qixing led an immersive modern Chinese poetry workshop for our upper primary students. ✍️ Under his guidance, our young writers explored the unique charm of verse and achieved new creative breakthroughs.
Meanwhile, our younger readers enjoyed a session with bilingual author Ms. Tiffany Kwan, who shared the delightful adventures of Lele and Monkey. 🐵 Her stories, inspired by everyday family life, showed how bilingual reading can be both fun and foundational.
