From Rap to African Drums

The beat goes on! 🎶 We have been busy "reading" the world through sound and song during our music-themed Literacy Month. A truly special "Play with Music" session featured one of our very own Bloom parents, who joined us to compose a song live.

Using lyrics written by our students, the children watched their thoughts transform into a professional melody in real time.
Our students also mastered the art of lyricism in "Rap & Rhyme" workshops with a professional rapper and connected with global traditions through the powerful rhythms of African Drumming.

From the collaborative spirit of our community to the exploration of diverse cultures, we are learning that every sound tells a story. 📖✨
