Bruce is a philanthropic grantmaker who started out as a financial analyst on Wall Street. As a Senior Charities Project Manager, he currently supports The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s Trust-Initiated Projects in his focus areas of talent development, technology education and community resilience. He was previously a founding Director of Operations at Character Lab, a New York-based NGO that advances scientific insights that help kids thrive. Bruce had also been a strategy consultant who specialised in serving mission-oriented enterprises, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Bank. He holds an MPA in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. Bruce went to local schools in Hong Kong and is a graduate of Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong.
